Postage & Handling

Postage Options and Method:

Shipping  in Australia:

Please refer to the product information to know how many days it will take for your bling to be handmade. You will be notified if this will take longer. All items are then sent via Australia Post. At checkout, you will be given the option of choosing either Standard Postage OR Express Postage.

Please ensure your address details are correct. Noosh Jewellery will not be held accountable for incorrect address details which have been provided by the customer.

This price includes the packaging of your NOOSH products and tracking.

Please remember that choosing the EXPRESS POST option does not mean it will be sent any quicker. You still need to allow the time for your bling to be handmade.

Do you get a tracking number for your parcel?

Yes. Once your package has been scanned into Australia Post, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking information. Please understand that it is your responsibility to check your own tracking updates. Noosh Jewellery will NOT be held responsible for any LOST orders once lodged with Australia Post. Please call Australia Post on 1800 101 318 if you have any queries about your parcel.

International Shipping:

YES we ship internationally. Please refer to the product information to know how many days it will take for your bling to be handmade. You will be notified if this will take longer. All items are then sent via Australia Post. At checkout, you will be given the option of selecting your country of origin. If your country is not there please contact us for a shipping cost.

This price includes the packaging of your NOOSH products and tracking.

You will be notified of your tracking number via email from Australia Post once your parcel has been lodged. We will NOT mark parcels as "gifts" and we will NOT be accountable for any taxes you may incur. We will also NOT be responsible for any lost parcels.

Wholesale Orders:

All wholesale orders must allow up to 3 weeks for their order to be handmade. You will be notified if this will take longer.

When selecting which postage option to use when ordering wholesale you MUST select the WHOLESALE EXPRESS SHIPPING option ONLY. This cost includes all the packaging of your bling, box and or satchel, Express Shipping through Australia Post and a tracking number.
